You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid order date. This refund period is separate from the seven-day free trial.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and provide the email address and order details used for your purchase. Paddle may ask for information needed to locate and verify the transaction.
Renewals and cancellation
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund an earlier charge. If a renewal payment falls within the 30-day period and you would like it reviewed, submit a request through Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider.
Your legal rights
This policy does not restrict any refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights you have under applicable consumer law. Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to payment and return handling.
